Georgie qualified in 1992 and initially worked at St Thomas’ Hospital in London. She completed her junior rotations before moving to Cambridge in 1996 to take up a senior post specialising in Neurology. From 2000 to 2006, she was the joint team leader on the Lewin Stroke and Neuro-Rehabilitation unit at Addenbrooke’s Hospital where she gained further neurological experience in the acute, rehabilitation and outpatient setting.
Georgie has worked in private practice since 2007 and currently works part time as a specialist neuro-physiotherapist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. She has very broad clinical experience and has worked alongside occupational therapists, orthotists and speech therapists, as well as case managers and solicitors. Georgie is a trained assessor and provider of the Saeboflex device.
Georgie is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the HCPC.
