Caroline qualified from the University of Teesside in 2000 before completing her junior rotations in London. She then moved to Addenbrooke’s Hospital where she worked as the Neurosciences team lead before specialising as Clinical Specialist on Neuro-Intensive care where she focussed on tracheostomy care and weaning, ventilation, cough augmentation and acute neuro rehab. In 2019 Caroline moved into neuro rehab at a level II unit where she sees a variety of clients including people with head injuries, stroke patients, acute neuro pathologies and clients with long term disorders. She draws on her knowledge of the client pathway and has post graduate training in the Bobath approach, movement science, splinting, tracheostomy care and aquatic therapy.
Caroline is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is HCPC registered.
